5 Questions to start the New Year
The beginning of the year is a great time to take stock and make some changes. When I meet with a client for the first time, I start with a fact finding session. With the results from this discussion, we get a complete list of problems we want to solve, a sense of what they’re costing, and what success in overcoming them means. Here they are:
- What’s working?
- What’s not working?
- What’s causing the issues?
- Why is this important now?
- What does success look like?
